Dear Parents,

We are thrilled to report that Rye Presbyterian Nursery School’s Expanding Minds & Expanding Walls capital campaign is well underway.  This September, Parent’s Back to School Night was filled with amazement and awe as we witnessed the completion of the summer-long construction project, resulting in the newly renovated education wing.  How wonderful it is to see our children in such a great new environment! Interior construction on the education building, including reconfiguration of all 15 classrooms, a new teacher room with a kitchen, art studio, bathroom renovations and playground expansion were completed in half the projected time. Although no increase in the size of the physical plant has occurred, the space improvements will certainly enhance the continued implementation of the wonderful “Reggio Inspired” project approach.

None of these improvements could have been undertaken without the financial support of the Rye Presbyterian Church and the generosity of some of the RPNS families. To date, we have received pledges of close to $200,000 toward our goal of $350,000.  Your support is still needed to help make this a successful campaign. Please help us to achieve 100% participation by families and staff in this fund raising effort.

Your gift is crucial and will benefit the children of today as well as future generations. We hope that you will give generously. Perhaps there are also grandparents or alumni friends who would also like to be a part of this wonderful opportunity.  If desired, your donation may be given over a three year time period.
